Fantastic Stay at Lagoon Oasis!

I appreciated the spacious rooms. The Premier Lagoon Access offered direct entry to refreshing water. The hotel is very kid-friendly with many shallow areas and supervised activities! The food at Mekong was delicious. I enjoyed the variety of flavors and the friendly staff. Overall the dining was sensational!
My only minor issue was that the beach umbrellas' call buttons sometimes did not connect, so ordering drinks required a short walk to the bar. It would be great if they improved this service. I liked the location though the beach was a bit smaller than expected.

The resort features three lagoon pools; each offers a unique depth suitable for different age groups and swimming abilities. A fully equipped gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, also including free weights and yoga mats, ensuring a variety of exercise options for all guests.

The staff provided prompt luggage assistance using buggies and valet parking, that made arrival and departure seamless; housekeeping always ensured rooms were spotless! They often added decorative touches like towel art, which pleased my kids.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of our lagoon access room and its convenience (especially for quick dips!). Rajitha, our room attendant, provided excellent service. He greeted us daily and ensured we had everything we needed, so I was grateful.
The beach service could be slightly faster during peak hours. I occasionally waited a bit longer than expected for drink orders.

The breakfast buffet offered a shocking impressive variety of food, including international options. Goma and Kim provided very sweet and helpful service at the brunch, so I truly enjoyed it. Kids were also well entertained there.

Our premier lagoon access room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge, so my family was able to rest well. The room also included a great coffee machine and a smart tv (which came in handy).

The pools are great and there are many of them. I noticed water temperatures are maintained at comfortable levels for swimming. The resort also provides a clean beach area with enough sun loungers for all guests (which is really appreciated).

I appreciated the pool being open at night. It reminded me of swimming in Venice. Breakfast offered a great variety. The spacious lagoon access room got sun all day until 4 PM and was close to the main lobby. I received a thoughtful welcome gift of fruit and a babymoon cake upon arrival.
I found a peroni at the hotel cost more than I expected. It was quite expensive.

The deluxe lagoon access room included a comfortable king bed and a seating area. There were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the large bathroom. I noticed ample closet space with hangers and shelves.

The hotel provides easy access to taxis via the Careem app for trips to city attractions. Guest services can assist in waving down taxis at the main entrance. It's very easy to explore areas outside the hotel.

I found four on-site restaurants available with the half-board option, including breakfast and either lunch or dinner. This choice of lunch or dinner gave us flexibility. The food was AMAZING!!! Non-alcoholic drink options were plentiful.
